Shipping and Store Policies

PAYMENT

Full payment must be made before I ship an item to you. The currency used on my website is New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Please check the conversion rates against your currency so you know what you are paying.

SHIPPING

Upon receiving payment, items will be shipped within three working days. Recycled materials may be used as to strengthen your parcel and provide additional padding. I do not profit from shipping costs. 

Shipping costs are estimates only and are subject to change. Any excess postage paid will be reimbursed.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Domestic parcels (New Zealand) are sent with a tracking number. 

Orders to urban addresses ship for a flat rate of $6.
Orders to rural (RD) addresses ship for a flat rate of $10.

If you have an RD address, please make sure to select the Rural Shipping upgrade at check out.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international parcels are shipped through NZ Post and will be assigned a tracking number. The cost of delivery is calculated at checkout.

The delivery timeframe for international parcels is between 5 - 40 working days. Please keep in mind that your parcel will have to pass through customs and there may be possible delays such as weekends or bad weather that can extend the delivery time. 

Once your parcel enters your country, your national carrier will be responsible for handling. Please keep an eye on your tracking to ensure you do not miss a delivery. I cannot accept responsibility for missed or returned parcels. 

CUSTOMS

To receive the service of NZ Post, your email and phone number is required to fill out customs information (which you will be asked for at check out). As further part of their service, some customers will receive customs and delivery notifications from NZ Post via email (dependent on location).

For legality reasons, items will be labelled as 'Merchandise' on the customs form and the full value of the parcel will be declared. This must be done in order to be eligible for compensation in the event that your parcel goes missing. All parcels are fully insured.

I am not responsible for any taxes/duties/customs that may be incurred on your parcel once it enters your country. International buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. If you have concerns about this, please familiarise yourself with your countries customs policies before you make a purchase.

LOSS AND DAMAGES

I cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in the post. Once it has left my possession, the parcel is out of my control! As your parcel has a tracking number, it pays to keep an eye on it to avoid missed deliveries.

In the unlikely event that your item is damaged or lost, please contact your national carrier immediately. They are best placed to help you as they are the ones handling your parcel. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you need any information to help with your claim.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES /REPLACEMENT


Due to the one of a kind nature of my work, I cannot accept returns, exchanges or replacements on any item. Please consider thoroughly before making a purchase.

RETURNED PARCELS

I am not responsible if the buyer provides a wrong address and/or a parcel is returned to me because of an incorrect address or missed delivery. In this event a refund will not be issued. All re-delivery costs (including carrier imposed returned parcel penalties) are the responsibility of the buyer. This applies both nationally and internationally.
